As Interior Design Consultants at the prestigious Avenel Estate in Kilmacolm, Baillie Fleming Design worked closely with the buyer of Plot 3 during the construction of the house and then went on to design the full interior of this stunning Arts & Crafts home. The house was featured in The Herald’s Stylish Living magazine.

Baillie Fleming Design are the Interior Design Consultants working closely with the development team at the Avenel Estate in Kilmacolm. As such we are involved initially with the internal layouts of each individual house right through to the internal specification including kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, flooring and colour schemes. During construction we project manage the interior specification ensuring the designs are implemented to the highest level of quality and workmanship.

Plot 3 at Avenel won a number of prestigious awards during 2011 including:-

Scottish Home Awards 2011 – Finalist, Luxury House of the Year
UK Property Awards – Highly Commended, Best Architecture
